1. Frame by Frame?
2. By Making them Graphics/Movieclips and tweening?
3. Other?

Can you please tell me? I totally love stick animations, but I'm not all that good at making them and I need some serious help :(

Dude I totally loved the pivot animation! Did you make the pivot animation then turn it into a GIF to import it into Flash? Anyways where did you get the skateboard? I know there's a site just for pivot that lets you download custom stuff that people have already made... but I forgot the name of it! Can you provide it for me? The animation isn't really that good but the coloring of the cat and the poses are good. It's just that this song is old and outdated. You could probably go to any site and there'd be an animation about this song.
